NEW - Landscaping Program
Incentive
Guidelines:
-
Exclusively for sales of City tax
deed properties to owner occupants
- $500 landscaping cash award
- Priority should be given to the front yard
- Landscaping includes Flowers, Sod, Grass Seed,
Bushes, Fencing, Miscellaneous
- Six-month maximum timeframe from the date of
closing to completion
- After six-month maximum timeframe, incentive
is forfeited
Refund Process:
-
Complete the landscaping
- Submit store receipts for purchases or
contractor's paid receipt
- Site inspection by Department of City
Development personnel
- Approval of refund by Department of City
Development personnel
- Refund to be mailed within six weeks.
