The City of Milwaukee is making available single-family building sites in the Garfield Place development.  Garfield Place is located at North 27th Street and West Garfield Avenue.  There are 15 building sites in the development and four are already sold.

Lots are available to buyers who will own and occupy the home.  It is also possible for builders or developers to purchase lots and build homes as long as the home will be sold to an owner-occupant.

The price per lot is $2,000.  Offers may be submitted at any time.  Buyers meeting certain income restrictions may be eligible for a New Homes Milwaukee forgivable loan of up to $7,500.  Click to view map of available sites (pdf document).
