Beerline B Development Guide

Beerline B is a former industrial corridor located along the Milwaukee River from Pleasant Street to Humboldt Avenue. Today it is home to some of the most visually exciting urban development in Milwaukee. Redevelopment of the Beerline B also includes several connections between the neighborhood on the hill and the Milwaukee River, including Kilbourn Park, Booth Street Stairs and the Milwaukee Rowing Club.
