Booth Street Staircase Booth Street Staircase
The Booth Street Staircase provides a new connection between the Brewer's Hill neighborhood and the new development in the Beerline. This connection provides convenient access to the Riverwalk system as well as the new bicycle trails that have been constructed along the hillside.
 
Commerce Bluff Commerce Bluff Condominiums
Tucked into the hillside at Commerce and Vine, across from Trostel Square, the Commerce Bluff Condominiums have 24 units and a total value of about $6.5 million.

Situated in a historic structure that originally provided power for Milwaukee's streetcar system, Lakefront Brewery has quickly become an icon in Milwaukee. Known for great tours, Lakefront Brewery is a fast growing microbrewery that continually wins awards for their quality craft beers.
Marsupial Bridge Marsupial Bridge

Rowing Club Milwaukee Rowing Club

Park Terrace Park Terrace
The Park  Terrace project has 37 new homes with a total of $14 million in new investment. The project includes 21 row house condominiums, called the Park Terrace Row Houses, located at 2001-2049 N. Commerce Street, and 16 single-family condominium homes, called the Park Terrace Single Family Bluff Homes and located at 801-937 E. Reservoir Street.

The River Homes at Beerline are situated along Commerce Street, with units on both sides of the Milwaukee Rowing Club. The western side has 20 units and the eastern side has 22 units, for a total value of $13.3 million.

River Court continues the successful development along Commerce Street towards Humboldt Avenue. Adding 24 units to the neighborhood, River Court takes advantage of its location with riverfront views in all units.

Trostel Square Trostel Square
Located on the site of the former Trostel Tannery, Trostel Square includes 126 units with a total value of $18 million. The Trostel Square development continues the public Riverwalk and adds open space to the neighborhood.

Union Point Union Point
Union Point is situated along Humboldt between Commerce Street and Riverboat Road. This project is the first mixed use building within the Beerline "B" Neighborhood. The development includes 71 units and over 11,000 square feet of retail space.

Vine Street Staircase Vine Street Staircase
