City Lights Condominiums include 7 units with downtown skyline views along N. Palmer Street. These units represent a $1.5 million investment and promote continued development in the Brewer’s Hill Neighborhood.

Redevelopment of the former Gallun Tannery Former Gallun Tannery
The former Gallun Tannery across the Milwaukee River from the Beerline B neighborhood was converted into 30 apartments.
