THE BREWERY
THE
BREWERY is a new 20 acre development on the
site of the former Pabst Brewery, which closed in 1996.
The project is located in downtown Milwaukee, just
east of Interstate 43 between Winnebago Street and Highland Avenue.

When completed, this
Joseph J. Zilber historic redevelopment will
include a variety of residential, office and retail uses. The developers are working with the
City's Office of Environmental Sustainability on
green-building efforts and
anticipate that
THE BREWERY will be the first sustainable neighborhood certified
by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design (LEED.
