If you own a business in Milwaukee’s Renewal Community, taxes might just be fun this year.

RC areaThe Renewal Community is a targeted area, comprised of 88 census tracts and home to just under 200,000 residents, where businesses have access to special Federal tax incentives. Milwaukee is one of only 40 communities in the country designated as a Renewal Community. The designation will last from 2002 – 2009. Businesses could save thousands through wage credits and deductions available in this target area.
