West Side Area Plan
The West Side Area Plan was adopted by the Common
Council on December 1, 2009.

An open house was held October 22, 2009
at Faith United Church of Christ, N. 78th and Hope Streets.
The open house included an overview of the market
analysis and a final presentation on the draft plan.

West Side Plan community meeting
was held September 14, 2009 at the
Concordia Midtown Center. Plan consultants presented a summary of plan elements
and concepts, discussed key plan components, and provided an overview of Catalytic Project alternatives. |

A West Side Plan visioning workshop was held on July 15, 2009 at
the Pius XI High School Library. |
