In order to view and print Adobe PDF (Portable
Document Format) files on DCD's web site, the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version
8.0 or higher) must be installed with
your browser.
Download a free copy at the Adobe web site.
The Adobe web site also provides PDF accessibility
information for people with vision impairments.
Many of the PDF application forms on DCD's web site can be filled out before
printing:

Select the hand tool and move the cursor to the first form field.
The cursor will change to an I-beam pointer. |

Use the
keyboard tab key
to move from field to field. |

In checkboxes, the cursor becomes an arrow pointer, which allows you to select the checkbox and then marks it with an X. |

Press Enter or Return
on the keyboard when the last field entry on a page is completed; then
print the form from the browser. |

To clear all
fields and return to a blank form, select the Reset button.
