The Legislative Reference Bureau of the City Clerk's Office maintains Milwaukee's official Code of Ordinances, which is viewable online. The Computerized Zoning Ordinance (CZO) is a copy of the Code's Chapter 295, formatted by the Department of City Development for easy retrieval of zoning-related information. The CZO is updated after the City Clerk updates the official Code and is believed to be correct, but no warranty is given or implied as to its accuracy.
