Sigma Environmental Services is relocating its
headquarters from Milwaukee's suburbs to the Menomonee River Valley.
By constructing its headquarters at a former coal
storage site located at 13th and Canal Streets, Sigma is demonstrating that
environmental issues are not an insurmountable obstacle to development in the
valley.
