General Information

Site Plan
Site Plans must show the location,
size and purpose of all items on the property.
Your plans MUST be to scale
and include exact measurements.
Your site plans must contain
the following information. If they do not, your application may
be held-up so that you can submit the proper plans.
- Include the property lines and
the size (length & width) of the lot.
- Make sure you label how all
parts of the site will be used. (e.g. parking area, outdoor play
area, landscaping and screening, etc.).
- The location and size of the
building.
- The address and name of the
project or business.
- The scale at which your site
plan is drawn (ex. 1 in. = 20 ft.).
- An arrow which shows which way
is north.
- Location and size (length, width)
of any PARKING AREAS on the premises.
- Show the layout of all parking
stalls and specify which spaces are for use by employees and
which are for use by customers.
- Location and size (width) of
any existing or proposed DRIVEWAYS and CURB CUTS.
- Location and size (length, width)
of any LOADING and UNLOADING AREAS on the premises.
- Location and size (length, width)
of any OUTDOOR STORAGE AREAS.
- Location and type of all existing
and proposed OUTDOOR LIGHTS on the premises
- Location and size (length, width,
height) of any SCREENINGS, BUFFER AREAS. This includes landscaping
and fences.
- Location and size of all existing
and proposed SIGNS on the premises. Identify any existing signs
that will be removed.
- Location and size of all landscaping
beds and areas.
