Landscaping Plan
Landscaping plans must show the
location, size & type of landscaping required.
You do not need a formal landscaping
plan unless you have been told you are required to meet certain
landscaping requirements. Generally, a five-foot landscape buffer
is required for all parking areas that abut a public right-of-way.
Your landscaping plans MUST be
to scale and include exact measurements.
Your landscaping plans MUST
contain the following information. If they do not, your application may be held-up
so that you can submit the proper plans.
- The property lines on the lot
- Width of setback or buffer areas
- Size and type of fences, walls
or berms
- The location of the plants
- The type of plants
- The size of the plants
