Are LANDSCAPING PLANS required?

• If landscaping and screening is required by Section 295-75 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, then a landscape plan must be submitted to the Board office as part of the application.

Is a SURVEY required?

• If a dimensional variance from the required setbacks is requested, then a survey must be submitted as part of the application. - OR -
• If any new construction is proposed, then a survey must be submitted as part of the application.

Are BUILDING ELEVATIONS required?

• If a new building or structure of any type is proposed, plans showing each elevation of each new structure must be submitted as part of the application.
• If any addition or alteration of the exterior of any building or structure is proposed, plans showing each elevation of each structure to be modified must be submitted.

Are FLOOR PLANS required?

• If a special use or variance applicaiton involves the physical occupancy of a structure, a floor plan of each floor that is to be used must be submitted as part of the application.

Are SIGN PLANS required?

• If a special use or variance application involves the use of any type of signage, sign plans must be submitted that show the details of all signs that are existing or proposed.

Is a PLAN OF OPERATIONS required?

• A plan of operations is required for all use variance applications and all special use applications. A plan of operations is not required for a dimensional variance.
