Floor Plan
You need to give the Board plans
that show the size of all structures on the lot. The way the
objects are shown on the plan should show the true relation of
one object to another (if one room is twice as big as another
room, you should be able to see that by looking at the plan).
Your plans MUST be to scale
and include exact measurements.
Your floor plans MUST contain
the following information. If they do not, your application may
be held up so that you can submit the proper plans.
Floor plans must show the existing
room(s) and any proposed changes.
- Include the location, size (length
& width) and use of each room.
- Include the size (length &
width) of the entire building.
- Include the address and name
of the project or business.
- The scale at which your floor
plan is drawn ( ex. 1/8" = 1 foot ).
- An arrow which shows which way
is north.
