On June 5, 2009, speakers Nancy Martin and Mala Thakur of the National Youth
Employment Coalition (NYEC) presented
Assessing and Improving Youth Program Quality
at Manpower Global Headquarters to members of local organizations, schools,
and outreach programs.
The seminar, aided by the attendance of Mayor
Tom Barrett, outlined the Coalition’s measures to improve youth program
quality through its
Promising and Effective Practices Network (PEPNet).
