On August 20, 2009 LVP presented a workshop on how to incorporate service
learning projects into youth programs in order to empower and engage youth,
help youth better understand concepts they are learning in school, build
partnerships with post-secondary educational institutions and businesses,
and teach critical employability skills and explore careers.
